About the role

Stilt Studios' is seeking a Procurement Construction Officer to join our growing team in Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and procuring construction materials and services to support our exciting architectural projects. Working closely with our project managers and construction crews, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of our builds.

What you'll be doing

• Researching and identifying reliable suppliers of construction materials, equipment and subcontractors
• Negotiating the best pricing, delivery times and contract terms with suppliers
• Preparing and issuing purchase orders, contracts and other procurement documentation
• Tracking and managing orders to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with specifications
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and optimising stock levels
• Collaborating with project managers to forecast material requirements and manage procurement budgets
• Identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes and implement cost-saving initiatives

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

• Membuat rencana pembelian bulanan berdasarkan permintaan proyek konstruksi sesuai dengan RAB dan prioritas.

• Menyusun dan memperbarui daftar harga dasar untuk bahan bangunan (nama, spesifikasi, pemasok, harga, logistik, sertifikat kualitas).

• Melakukan monitoring pasar dan mencari pemasok baru.

• Menyusun dan mengelola database pemasok.

• Mengelompokkan ulang permintaan berdasarkan jenis material, bekerja sama dengan pemasok.

• Menandatangani kontrak jangka panjang dengan pemasok utama.

• Memproses dan menyetujui faktur, serta memasukkannya ke dalam sistem

Pembayaran:

• Mengatur logistik dan mengontrol pengiriman.

• Memastikan ketepatan waktu pengiriman dan penerimaan material di lokasi proyek.

• Menyusun laporan pelaksanaan rencana pembelian.

• Mengontrol anggaran pembelian dan mengoptimalkan pengeluaran.

• Memastikan kelengkapan dokumen penutupan (closing documents) untuk akuntansi.

• Mengawasi pembayaran dengan pemasok serta bekerja sama dengan bagian keuangan terkait pembayaran pemasok dan kontraktor.

• Menjamin efisiensi biaya pembelian dengan mencari kondisi terbaik dan pemasok baru.

• Menangani permasalahan dan menyelesaikan klaim terkait pengiriman.

• Pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun di bidang pengadaan (lebih disukai di bidang konstruksi).

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Staff procurement membantu proses pembelian barang atau pengadaan jasa dari tender sampai selesai.
• Melakukan perbandingan harga-harga dari beberapa vendor
• ⁠Mengumpulkan tagihan-tagihan bukti pembelian dan dokumen-dokumen kelengkapan lainnya untuk diserahkan ke Keuangan

Senior Quality Engineer- Procurement/ Construction

Manage quality activities in line with Project QMS requirements during design, procurement, construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning.

Responsibilities
:

• Ensure compliance of all Contractors and Vendors with the Project Quality Management System requirements

• Participate in audits on Engineering Contractor, Vendors and Construction Contractors

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators to measure quality performance of various Contractors

• Provide support and guidance to the Project team members on matters related to QA/QC

Support the Quality Team Lead in planning, co-ordination and supervision of inspection activities.

• Responsible for approving Vendors quality documents including ITP's, Quality procedures, Mill Test Certificates.

• Attend the pre-inspection meetings at Vendor premises, ensure Third-Party Inspectors have adequate experience and qualifications for the task, monitor Third-Party Inspectors performance.

• Lead the team of Inspectors on site responsible for the monitoring of Construction Contractor activities on site.

• Ensure competent resources are deployed by Construction Contractor on site.

• Ensure Construction Contractor's Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP's), Quality Procedures and all pertained QA/QC documentation are available prior to commencement of any construction work.

• Ensure that activities carried out by Construction Contractor are conducted in accordance with approved method statements and technical standards requirements.

Preferable experience in witnessing Factory Acceptance Tests of various types of valves, pumps, compressors and static equipment

Experience as a Certified Welding Inspector in Oil & Gas industries.
