- Berkoordinasi dengan vendor untuk memastikan ketepatan waktu pengiriman dan kesesuaian spesifikasi barang.
- Melakukan pemeriksaan awal atas kualitas dan jumlah barang yang diterima sebelum diserahkan ke user terkait.

Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal D3 di bidang Akuntansi, Keuangan, Administrasi Bisnis, atau bidang terkait lainnya.
- Terbuka untuk fresh graduate, namun lebih disukai memiliki minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di bidang procurement/purchasing.
- Memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang baik dan teliti dalam mengelola dokumen dan data.
- Mampu menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office, khususnya Excel, dan sistem ERP atau purchasing system.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik, baik secara internal maupun eksternal (vendor).
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim, serta memiliki inisiatif yang tinggi.

• Lead the team of Inspectors on site responsible for the monitoring of Construction Contractor activities on site.
• Ensure competent resources are deployed by Construction Contractor on site.
• Ensure Construction Contractor's Quality Plan, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP's), Quality Procedures and all pertained QA/QC documentation are available prior to commencement of any construction work.
• Ensure that activities carried out by Construction Contractor are conducted in accordance with approved method statements and technical standards requirements.
