Job Qualifications

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Financial Consultant/Auditor in consulting firms or as a Finance and Accounting staff/ Business Analyst in any industry. Past experiences relating to internal control over financial reporting are preferred.
- Interested in business process re-engineering, finance technology implementation for finance process efficiency and digitalization.
- Good understanding of Business Value Chain and ERP finance related module is an advantage.
- Exposure on ESG finance related planning and analysis, risk assessment, financial metrics monitoring and reporting is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Debt Collection:
- To contact Indonesia companies who have Outstanding dues to our clients as per guidance is given by the Head office at New Delhi, India.
- Conduct a basic search and trace the debtor company using various tools/website available in Indonesia.
- Contact the debtor through phone and discuss the matter regarding due payments to our clients as per the guidance of Head Office.
- Speak with the decision-maker in the company to settle the matter amicably and out of court.
- Visit the debtors for discussion and settlement professionally.
- Send daily update on the development of the cases to the Head office.
Company Verification:
- Search on the company based in Indonesia using various tools and website. (Name and address of the company will be shared by the credit reporting team as and when required.)
- Gather information about the company, its management and other information as required by the Head Office.
- Search through the Local company registry and collect data on companies. (Head Office will train how to search company through local company registry.)
- Take photos of the company if required by the Head office and share with HO.
- Any other assignment/work as may be assigned by HO.
- To download the report.
- Verification of the credentials of new business acquaintances.
- Authenticate the basic corporate details of customers, prospect customers, partners, and any form of basic due diligence which is required by a company or organization.
- The information or documents provided is complete or match with the relevant official records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
