• Menambahkan elemen visual seperti motion graphic, visual effect, dan animation untuk meningkatkan kualitas video.

• Mendesain grafis, ilustrasi, atau infografik yang menarik untuk kebutuhan promosi digital maupun cetak.

• Membuat konten reels, teaser video, bumper, serta konten visual untuk LED event.

• Bekerja sama dengan tim kreatif lainnya untuk memastikan hasil akhir sesuai dengan brief dan brand guideline.

• Berperan aktif dalam proses produksi konten event (on-site dan post-event).

• Menggunakan dan mengeksplorasi AI tools untuk mempercepat editing, ide konten, transkripsi, image generation, dll.

• Mengikuti tren konten terbaru, baik dari sisi teknis, visual, maupun tools digital (termasuk AI & sosial media).

• Mengelola beberapa proyek sekaligus dengan timeline yang ketat tanpa mengorbankan kualitas.

• Koordinasi dengan tim foto/video dan marketing untuk memastikan hasil yang konsisten dan berkualitas tinggi.

Qualifications:

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di bidang Multimedia, Desain Komunikasi Visual, Produksi Film, atau bidang terkait.

• Menguasai software editing video seperti Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, atau DaVinci Resolve.

• Mahir menggunakan tools desain grafis seperti Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, dan Canva (plus poin jika bisa InDesign).

• Pengalaman dalam membuat motion graphics menggunakan After Effects atau software sejenis.

• Mampu bekerja dengan cepat, rapi, dan memperhatikan detail visual dan storytelling.

• Memiliki portfolio yang menunjukkan kemampuan dalam video editing dan desain grafis.

• Mampu berpikir kreatif, terbuka dengan feedback, dan mampu bekerja sama dalam tim.

• Memahami dasar penggunaan AI tools (seperti ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway ML, D-ID, Descript, atau sejenis).
