  1. Manage the end-to-end process of securing and maintaining intellectual property rights, which include among others, trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets in Indonesia and overseas;
  2. Conduct IP searches and clearance checks to avoid infringement risks before product launches or marketing campaigns
  3. Prepare, file, and monitor IP applications with relevant authorities and coordinate with external IP agents or law firms
  4. Oversee IP portfolio management, including renewals, assignments, and record updates
  5. Support brand protection activities, including monitoring and enforcement against counterfeit or unauthorized use
  6. Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and legal teams to ensure IP strategies align with business objectives

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Law, Intellectual Property, or related field
