DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :
- Melakukan pengecekan konten (video, gambar, copywriting) dari KOL, affiliate, maupun internal tim agar sesuai dengan SOP, brief, dan brand guideline perusahaan skincare.
- Memastikan konten tidak mengandung unsur yang melanggar hukum, regulasi, maupun standar etika industri kecantikan (misalnya: klaim berlebihan, isu SARA, atau konten sensitif).
- Mengevaluasi keakuratan informasi produk skincare (klaim, kandungan, manfaat, cara penggunaan) sesuai regulasi BPOM dan standar industri.
- Membuat laporan hasil review konten harian/mingguan, termasuk memberikan feedback perbaikan ke tim terkait (KOL Specialist, Creative, Marketing).
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Campaign/Marketing untuk memastikan kualitas konten sesuai timeline dan standar brand.
- Melakukan evaluasi berkala terhadap SOP/brief konten untuk meningkatkan standar kualitas.
- Menjadi penghubung antara tim internal dan pihak eksternal (KOL/Affiliate) dalam proses revisi konten.
KUALIFIKASI:
- Pendidikan minimal D3 (Komunikasi, Marketing, Manajemen, atau sejenisnya lebih disukai).
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang content review, quality control, editorial, social media, atau KOL management (fresh graduate dipertimbangkan).
- Memahami kualitas video yg layak tayang, mulai dari filtering, komposisi tatak letak video yang nyaman ditonton, dan resolusi video
- Memiliki pemahaman tentang produk skincare, bahan aktif, tren kecantikan, serta regulasi iklan produk kecantikan.
- Memahami social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, dll.) dan tren konten digital.

- Min of 3-4 years of experience in product management experience
