We are looking for a HR Generalist / HR Admin to support our growing team at PT Minergo Visi Maxima.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR administration, ensuring accurate employee data management, supporting recruitment activities, and assisting in HR operational processes to maintain compliance and create a positive employee experience.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or HR generalist roles.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Familiar with payroll processing, and employee database management.
- Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel for business trips
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documents.
- Support recruitment process including job posting, scheduling interviews, and candidate administration.
- Manage attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Assist in payroll preparation and monthly HR reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
