We are looking for a HR Generalist / HR Admin to support our growing team at PT Minergo Visi Maxima.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR administration, ensuring accurate employee data management, supporting recruitment activities, and assisting in HR operational processes to maintain compliance and create a positive employee experience.



Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or HR generalist roles.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Familiar with payroll processing, and employee database management.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel for business trips


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documents.
  • Support recruitment process including job posting, scheduling interviews, and candidate administration.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and overtime records.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and monthly HR reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR projects.
  • Act as point of contact for HR-related queries from employees.


Preferred Skills
  • Experience in a technology or mining-related company is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
