The Finance Controller Manager will report to the Chief Financial Officer

The Finance Controller Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations for Safari Wonders. This role will manage finance functions across all Safari Wonders outlets in Taman Safari Indonesia, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accurate reporting, and strong financial control to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and oversee financial systems, procedures, and policies aligned with Safari Wonders' vision, goals, and retail industry standards.
• Ensure all financial records, reporting, and accounting processes comply with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to management.

• Provide strategic recommendations to management based on financial analysis, trends, and business KPIs.

• Oversees the process of collecting payments from sales made by the Company.
• Responsible for developing credit control policies, monitoring customer accounts, and ensuring timely payments to improve cash flow and minimize bad debt

Key Activities

• Providing guidance and support to the business on credit control procedures and policies.
