Role Overview
We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Digital Growth Specialist to take our ideas and turn them into revenue-driving systems. This role is about implementation and results — you'll be responsible for creating sales funnels, designing lead magnets, optimizing storefronts/websites, and reporting on performance improvements.
The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who thrives on execution, has a track record of proven results in e-commerce or service-based businesses, and is confident in their skills. Experience with Etsy and Shopify is a plus.
ResponsibilitiesConversion Rate Optimization
- Audit and optimize websites, storefronts, and customer journeys to maximize conversions.
- Implement proven CRO strategies including SEO, A/B testing, pricing strategy, and sales page optimization.
- Establish a baseline of performance improvements quickly, then iterate based on data.
Lead Magnets & Funnels
- Create and launch multiple lead magnets (guides, checklists, resources, offers) to grow email lists and generate leads.
- Build complete funnel systems including opt-in pages, email sequences, upsells, and automation.
- Design resources in Canva using our brand kit, templates, and examples to ensure on-brand consistency.
Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and track KPIs (conversion rates, email opt-ins, funnel performance).
- Provide clear monthly reports with insights and next-step recommendations.
- Use analytics to continuously refine strategy for measurable growth.
Social Strategy Integration
- Align funnels and promotions with social campaigns.
- Provide recommendations on CTAs, landing pages, and messaging to convert social traffic into paying customers.
- Proven experience improving conversion rates and building funnels for e-commerce or service-based businesses.
- Track record of delivering measurable results (conversion lifts, subscriber growth, revenue increases).
- Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Etsy, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Kit, etc.) and funnel-building platforms.
- Skilled in Canva for creating branded lead magnets and resources.
- Confident, proactive, and able to work independently without training or step-by-step direction.

1. Analisis & Riset
· Menganalisis funnel penjualan (traffic → add to cart → checkout → pembayaran).
· Mengidentifikasi hambatan konversi (misalnya pelanggan banyak add to cart tapi tidak checkout).
· Menggunakan data analytics (Google Analytics, Hotjar, marketplace insight) untuk memahami perilaku konsumen.
2. Strategi CRO
· Menyusun strategi optimasi halaman produk (foto, deskripsi, copywriting, CTA).

· Menyusun strategi promosi (voucher, bundling, flash sale) yang meningkatkan checkout rate.
3. Eksperimen & Pengujian
· Melakukan A/B testing untuk menentukan versi terbaik (contoh: variasi foto parfum, judul produk, CTA "Beli Sekarang").
· Menguji berbagai metode pembayaran, ongkir, dan promo.
· Mengoptimalkan checkout flow agar lebih cepat dan minim drop-off.
4. Kolaborasi Tim
· Bekerja sama dengan tim marketing & ads untuk meningkatkan efektivitas iklan.
· Memberikan insight ke tim desain untuk visual produk lebih menarik.
· Berkoordinasi dengan tim sales & customer service untuk memahami feedback pelanggan.
5. Reporting & Insight
· Membuat laporan konversi harian/mingguan/bulanan.
· Memberikan rekomendasi berbasis data kepada manajemen.

Research and optimize localized keywords (in both Indonesian and English) to increase organic traffic and user registrations.
