Work you will do
This role sits within the Core banking offering, which is a part of the Technology, Strategy & Transformation team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which focused on design and implementation of core banking platforms across Retail, SME, Commercial and Private Banking.

You will be involved in a variety of critical tasks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
  • Verify and reconcile account balances and transaction records daily.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to accounts and services in a professional manner.
  • Assist with account opening and maintenance procedures, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Monitor account activity for suspicious transactions and report any discrepancies according to established procedures.
  • Process loan applications and related documentation.
  • Support the team in implementing new banking procedures and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and sensitive data.
  • Assist in generating operational reports as required.
Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduates with a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
