Main Responsibilities

• Responsible to help driving the big agenda of the brand in the market by leading multiple agencies, understand the business dynamics, driving innovations and activations to be competitive in the market.
• Drive brand performance through consistent demand generation activities
• Delivering OTIF of innovation launch (includes product, launch campaign & Visibilities)
• Stakeholder management and collaborate with cross function includes External agencies and internal stakeholder

Experience & Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
• Strong curiosity to understand of consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor analysis.
• Strong confident to managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Menguasai protokol jaringan dan routing seperti TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, protokol switching seperti VLAN, Trunk, STP, QinQ, ERPS serta teknologi VPN dan QoS.
• Pengalaman dalam pengoperasian perangkat jaringan seperti Juniper Router, BIRD, Mikrotik Router, serta pemahaman mendalam terhadap desain jaringan dan teknologi MPLS.
• Berpengalaman dalam jaringan Fiber Optic dan Wireless Network.
• Ahli dalam manajemen bandwidth, IP Management (termasuk Subnetting untuk IP Public dan IP Private), serta penggunaan perangkat lunak monitoring jaringan seperti MRTG, PRTG, atau yang serupa.

Job Description:

Core Network Engineer Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk mendukung operasional dan pengelolaan jaringan mobile, memastikan layanan voice, SMS, dan data berjalan lancar, serta melakukan troubleshooting dan analisis trafik jaringan. Posisi ini fokus pada implementasi, monitoring, dan pemeliharaan Core Network untuk memastikan kualitas layanan pelanggan.

Responsibilities:

• Memahami dan menerapkan fundamental mobile network untuk 2G/3G (CS&PS), 4G (EPS), dan IMS/VoLTE.
• Menguasai topologi jaringan mobile dan IP network infrastructure, termasuk Multi Operator Core Network (MOCN) & National Roaming (NR).
• Memahami signaling flow 2G/3G/4G & IMS/VoLTE untuk troubleshooting dan analisis jaringan.
• Menangani mobile service testing, complaint handling, dan fault management demarcation.
• Melakukan signaling & User Plan pcap tracing menggunakan Wireshark atau protocol tracing lainnya.
• Mengelola dan melakukan konfigurasi atau monitoring pada Core Network Equipment seperti MSS, PS, EPC, HSS, PCRF, IMS.
