Cost Accountant bertanggung jawab atas pencatatan, analisis, dan pelaporan biaya produksi serta memastikan keakuratan data biaya yang mempengaruhi Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP).

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab Utama

1. Perhitungan Biaya Produksi

* Menghitung biaya bahan baku, tenaga kerja langsung, dan overhead pabrik.

* Menyusun HPP per item produk berdasarkan data aktual dan standar.

1. Pemantauan dan Rekonsiliasi

* Membandingkan biaya standar vs aktual untuk mengidentifikasi selisih (variance analysis).

* Melakukan rekonsiliasi antara data produksi, gudang, dan pembelian.

1. Kontrol Biaya

* Menganalisis efisiensi penggunaan bahan dan tenaga kerja.

* Memberikan rekomendasi atas peluang efisiensi atau pengendalian biaya.

* Membuat laporan analisis biaya untuk manajemen secara rutin.

1. Penyusunan Laporan

* Menyusun laporan HPP bulanan dan laporan margin per produk.

* Menyediakan laporan perbandingan biaya antar produk/varian/season.

1. Integrasi Sistem dan SOP

* Bekerja sama dengan tim ERP untuk memastikan alur costing berjalan otomatis dan akurat.

* Membantu membuat SOP costing dan alur input data biaya di produksi.

Kualifikasi

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 di bidang Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau setara.

* Pengalaman 2–3 tahun di bidang cost accounting, terutama di perusahaan manufaktur.

* Mampu menghitung dan menganalisis HPP dengan metode FIFO, Average, atau Standard Cost.

* Familiar dengan ERP atau software akuntansi yang memiliki modul costing.

* Teliti, analitis, dan mampu bekerja lintas divisi.

The Cost accountant is responsible for overseeing and analysing manufacturing costs, providing accurate financial reporting, and supporting decision-making processes to improve cost efficiencies within the plastic extrusion manufacturing operations for edge banding. This role will work closely with the finance, production, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate cost analysis, budgeting, and financial control. The position can be based in either Batam, Indonesia, or Singapore, with regular visits to the manufacturing facility in Batam.
