- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Soil Science, Plant Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Agronomist or in a similar agricultural science role.
- Strong knowledge of crop physiology, soil chemistry, entomology, and plant pathology.
- Familiarity with agricultural machinery, irrigation systems, and farm management practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with farmers and stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct fieldwork in various weather conditions.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of sustainable agriculture principles.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to farm locations.
- Understanding of local crops and agricultural conditions is a plus.
