Customer Acquisition & Success Associate

Key Responsibilities
Photographer Community Growth
- Source, connect with, and onboard new photographers and studios.
- Spark engagement through campaigns, local meetups, digital workshops, and social media initiatives.
- Cultivate advocacy by liaising with top creators, influencers, and ambassadors.
Corporate Acquisition
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporations, brands, and event organizers that can benefit from AI-powered photo discovery and branded experiences.
- Lead outreach to potential sponsors for major events, presenting Gump's AI Face Finder as a unique solution for visibility, engagement, and efficient photo management.
- Drive partnerships with corporate clients to pilot and showcase the platform at industry events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
Marketing & Social Media
- Create and lead digital marketing efforts to recruit photographers and highlight corporate success stories.
- Grow Gump's online presence through social content, testimonials, and interactive campaigns.
- Monitor trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies for the photography and corporate markets.
Onboarding & Support
- Guide users—photographers and partners—through registration, platform demos, and the first project launch.
- Serve as the first line of support for onboarding and early troubleshooting.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to optimize the onboarding journey.
What You Bring
- Entrepreneurial drive, with a passion for photography, creative industries, and digital innovation
- Ability to engage and energize communities both online and in-person
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Exposure to digital marketing, event management, or community building (formal experience not required)
- Comfort learning new tech (no prior SaaS or AI experience expected, but curiosity is essential)
