Menjalin Hubungan baik antara Perusahaan dengan Pihak Pelanggan dan menaggapi kebutuhan serta keluhan yang dimiliki oleh pihak pelanggan
Tugas dan Jabatan
Prospecting
Membuat daftar pelanggan
- Menghubungi pelanggan secara rutin dan berkoordinasi dengan Sales untuk kunjungan
- Menjelaskan kelebihan / keunggulan produk pada pelanggan
- Melakukan pendekatan terhadap customer
- Membuat rekapan / laporan penjualan sales
- Menangani order dan permintaan lainnya dari pelanggan
- Mendata / mencatat order dan perubahan order
- Memelihara dan memperbaharui database pelanggan berkoordinasi dengan Sales Area
- Mempersiapkan dokumen untuk penagihan.
- Mengumpulkan dan melakukan pengelolaan informasi yang berkaitan dengan layanan dan penjualan dari pelanggan menggunakan sistem yang sudah terhubung dengan pelayanan pelanggan.
- Menangani berbagai saran dan keluhan pelanggan serta menyediakan dukungan penuh untuk pelanggan.
- Mengkoordinasikan kebutuhan / pesanan yang diberikan oleh pelanggan kepada pihak Admin.
Berkoordinasi dengan pihak atasan untuk rencana kerja serta layanan purna jual.
Closing Order
Berpartisipasi dalam pameran, event, seminar dalam rangka promosi dengan berkoordinasi bersama Marketing
- Membuat, mendata dan analisa laporan penjualan berkoordinasi dengan Sales Area
- Memeriksa form 'prospect action card' (PAC) dan menindaklanjuti dengan menghubungi customer untuk order selanjutnya
- Melakukan penjualan langsung
- Konfirmasi order ke customer
- Menindaklanjuti permasalahan tagihan
- Memelihara pelanggan yang sudah didapat
- Membuat form (MC) Sales Commitment Report
Wewenang
- Konfirmasi ke pelanggan mengenai data, order, harga dan ketersediaan barang.
- Closing order sesuai SRP (Sales Retail Price) yang telah ditentukan perusahaan
- Memberikan merchandise ke pelanggan sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan perusahaan
