Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Telemarketer or Sales Representative, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong sales orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and telemarketing tools is a plus.
- Based in Jakarta and willing to work from the office if required.
