Specific Responsibilities
Based on general guidelines from Province Lead - Aceh, this position will be under the coordination and supervision of the Provincial Engagement Specialist (PES) and responsible to Province Lead - Aceh, for the following matters: Lead the development of quality application code by adhering to application development best practices.
Conduct studies and analyses with BAPPEDA and DISKOMINSA Aceh on the existing data and information management system in Aceh, including their governance status.
Provide technical and substantive input on the development results of SIGAP and opportunities for interoperability with the Aceh one data application and the central system.
Provide technical input on the required standards data and metadata (in accordance with INDAH BPS standards), as analysis material, especially for implementation in planning (RPJMD, RENSTRA, and RKPD/Renja) to support the fulfillment of basic public services.
