Accountabilities:

  2. Create a database to store geological information, such as: Field data (drills, geophysical, etc.).
  3. Laboratory data (chemical, physical analysis, etc.) to ensure proper quality data to support exploration activities, resources assessment and resource estimation.
  4. Implement a database management system and exploration data traffic to increase efficiency and accuracy to support ongoing PT Vale Indonesia Tbk operation or PT Vale Indonesia Tbk strategic.
  5. Create reports and data visualization to get a well-documented for analysis and decision making.
  6. Implement review and validation of all required supporting data for the mineral resources modelling process to ensure proper quality of the resulting block model and resource estimation.
  7. Assist Database Geologist and Mineral Assessment Geologist to prepare valid data to support ongoing PT Vale Indonesia Tbk operation or PT Vale Indonesia Tbk strategic.
  8. Ensure all information from all Exploration projects PTVI can be available in one database management system and earn to access easily for authorized person.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience in Nickel Laterite or mineral deposit.
  3. Geology and Database management knowledge.
  4. Experience with database management systems (DBMS) such as MySQL, Oracle, or Microsoft SQL
  5. Server (preferable), proven by a certificate or work experience/reference letter.
  6. Experience with geology software such as ArcGIS.
  7. Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java (preferable).
  8. Preferably have experience or knowledge in the Occupational Health, Safety and Environment Management System (SMK3L).
