Your profile
What You'll do:

• Design digital and offline materials (social media posts, event banners, presentations, merchandise.) using software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Capture stories on the ground, film and edit videos, and coordinate with external photo and video teams
• Keep our Instagram stories alive and engaging, reply to comments and messages, and spot new trends
• Act as the bridge between the local team in Batam and the Europe-based marketing team to keep brand communication smooth and aligned
• Support event marketing and impact reporting

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, Multimedia Design or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience that shows your creative skills
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing digital and offline materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar tools
• Proven experience creating content for social media
• Strong sense for visual storytelling
• Confident shooting and editing short videos (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
• Social media savvy and trend-aware
• Fluent in Bahasa & English
• Creative, organized, flexible, and mission-driven
• And, of course: passionate about projects that support the ocean and local communities while creating a lasting impact

Tenant Design Coordinator

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
2. Proficient in Auto CAD and Corel Draw

2. Execute design and layout requests in accordance with PPIC and customer requirements.
3. Prepare print-ready files with accurate specifications, including bleeds, crop marks, and color settings.

5. Lead and supervise the design team, assign tasks, and monitor project progress to meet deadlines.

• Mengelola permintaan pekerjaan dan renovasi unit

• Review design concept, hoarding cover and prepare necessary documents for fit out
• Provide Progress report
• Work closely with internal and external team in regards to the process of fit out/project

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Architecture / Interior Design
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in Fit Out/Retail Design Development in retail/property
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and 3D design
• Good communication skills for internal and external coordination
• Attention to details
