• Lead the design and planning of various civil infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, water supply, and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Develop detailed engineering designs, drawings, calculations, and specifications using relevant CAD and civil engineering software.
• Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and impact assessments to inform design decisions.
• Manage project lifecycles, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring projects are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering design and project management, with a strong portfolio of infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in civil engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Bentley MicroStation) and structural analysis tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction methods, materials science, and project management principles.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Through communication and coordination with project team members, planning the project schedules and tracking action owners to finish tasks on time and with quality, thus pushing and making sure to complete the whole project(close NPI and move to MP).
