C. Budget &  Timeline Oversight

  • Develop and maintain project budgets.
  • Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to track cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard budget and timeline targets.

D. IB Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Collaborate with the Education team to ensure all facilities meet IB standards, including classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and inclusive design elements.
  • Implement multi-stage quality control checkpoints, including but not limited to foundation completion, structural completion, and final handover.
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are incorporated throughout the project design and construction.

E. Stakeholders Coordination

  • Manage relationships with construction teams, architects, interior designers, and subcontractors.
  • Liaise with government authorities for necessary permits and approvals (IMB, fire safety, Disdik, NPSN).
  • Engage local communities and leaders to secure social license and smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with funding partners, landowners, and internal education teams to align facilities with curriculum requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience managing large-scale education or real estate projects (IDR 100B+), preferably with school construction or renovation experience.
  • Certifications (preferred): PMP/PRINCE2, OSHA 30-Hour, LEED/Green Building.

Duties

  • Provide technical leadership for project related activities including:
  • Lead data collection and analysis
  • Lead technical document development, including research protocols, study instruments, project reports and peer-reviewed journal manuscripts
