Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor training & development programs to support employee growth and organizational capability.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify skill gaps.
- Develop and deliver learning modules, workshops, and e-learning content.
- Administer and improve the company's performance management system (goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, calibration, and feedback process).
- Partner with managers and leaders to drive employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of training design, delivery, and evaluation methods.
- Experience in managing or supporting performance management cycles.
