Responsibilities
- To support strategic business growth by expanding the distribution channel through digital products and/or B2B.
- To observe and identify opportunities within the prospective organizations (banks, financial institutions, communities and other institutions) to be developed as the new digital partnership and customer acquisition business.
- To prepare a comprehensive plan and timeline for partnership implementation by incorporating any existing pipeline and the upcoming new prospective partners, to be coordinated to the product development and other functions to ensure a smooth and streamlined pace for the next processes.
- To collect data, documents, and specific information of the prospective partners to perform a robust material and analysis of Due Diligence, Financial Modelling, and Business Proposals to obtain the approval for both Local Business Unit (PLAI) and the Regional Head Office (PCA).
- To perform a complete array of day-to-day activities, follow-up actions, communications and coordination both internally and externally by liaising with the bank's partnership keypersons to carry out every single process of digital partnership and system development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Project Management.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry or a similar function. Exposure to digital business, especially in product propositions, is a plus. Familiarity with digital product workflows and B2B business models is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of bancassurance partnerships, retail business, and financial institutions. Knowledge of mass-market and digital financial products is a strong advantage.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively—both in writing and speaking—with high-level stakeholders across functions or companies. Demonstrates positive work ethics, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal relationships.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint or other presentation tools. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and negotiation skills. Agile and detail-oriented in execution.
- Able to work independently or collaboratively in a team. Maintains a professional track record and demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
