Job Description

• Conduct thorough reconciliation processes across a variety of financial or transactional data sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting to relevant stakeholders.
• Proactively handle and resolve disputes by investigating issues, coordinating with involved parties, and ensuring resolutions are achieved within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Maintain seamless communication with internal departments and external partners to address day-to-day operational needs, resolve issues, and ensure smooth transactional workflows.
• Utilize data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and partner dashboards on a regular basis, requiring proficiency in spreadsheet functions and strong analytical thinking to interpret and manage data effectively.

Requirements
