Qualifications:

• Minimal pendidikan S1 di bidang Teknik, Logistik, atau Maritim.

• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di posisi serupa, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan Cargo Stowage Planning, Deck Strength, Heavy Lifting, dan Heavy Equipment Mobilization.

• Pengalaman dalam logistik untuk peralatan Oil & Gas (Onshore/Offshore) merupakan nilai tambah

• Fasih berbahasa Inggris, lisan maupun tulisan

• Mahir mengoperasikan AutoCAD 2D

• Terbiasa menggunakan SAP atau sistem lain yang berkaitan dengan logistik dan distribusi

• Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan Microsoft PowerPoint

• Memiliki kemampuan berpikir analitis yang baik dan keterampilan public speaking

What you'll be doing

A project coordinator handles administrative tasks for the project manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly. This may include ordering equipment and supplies, managing deadlines and workflow, scheduling meetings and appointments, and carries out the necessary daily tasks to keep a project on track, coordination with the operator, vendors, consultants, and others related to our project. This extends from the initial goal setting and planning phases all the way through to project completion and delivery. What we're looking for

• Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Project Coordinator in the High end property developer industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget
• Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, project management principles, and relevant regulations
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and budget management skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation
• Previous experience in 5 stars hotel or residential (luxury brand would be an advantage) from 0% until delivery
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritise effectively, and lead diverse teams
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• English is a must
• Willing travel to project area
