Position Summary:
We are hiring a Lead Generation & Investor Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our efforts in attracting and securing potential investors. This role will be responsible for managing digital marketing funnels, executing paid ad campaigns targeting investor personas, developing compelling investment content, managing investor databases and communication channels, and supporting investor relations activities. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with proven experience in lead generation, investment marketing, and CRM management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company's official investment and corporate website, ensuring up-to-date and investor-focused content.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) targeting qualified investor profiles.
- Create and publish persuasive investment-related content for Urbanica's social media platforms to attract and nurture potential investors.
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems to track, segment, and manage investor leads through the acquisition pipeline.
- Administer and engage with investor WhatsApp Groups, ensuring timely responses and value-added communication.
- Support investor relations activities, including preparing pitch decks, investment proposals, and presentation materials.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strategies, channels, and approaches used to acquire investors in the hospitality & nightlife sector.
- Collaborate with management to align investor acquisition strategies with overall business expansion objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation, investor relations, or B2B/B2C digital marketing.
- Proven track record in running targeted paid advertising campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong skills in content creation for investment, marketing, and corporate branding purposes.
