Tanggung Jawab Utama

Keterampilan, Kualifikasi, dan Pengalaman yang Dibutuhkan

1. Gelar diploma atau setara di bidang Manajemen Operasi, Logistik, atau bidang terkait
2. Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman dalam peran pengawas pusat distribusi atau manajemen pergudangan
3. Pemahaman yang mendalam tentang proses dan prosedur pergudangan, termasuk penerimaan, penyimpanan, pengiriman, dan manajemen persediaan
4. Kemampuan kepemimpinan yang kuat untuk mengelola dan memotivasi tim staf pergudangan

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse-Logistic activities within an organization.

Job Responsibilities :

• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer demand while avoiding overstock situations
• Planning and optimizing warehouse layout, Logistic Operation, ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of goods, and implementing best practices for warehouse operations
• Coordinating the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy, and overseeing the picking, packing, and shipping processes
• Managing transportation activities, including selecting carriers, scheduling shipments, and coordinating the movement of goods to meet delivery deadlines
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure that incoming and outgoing products meet specified standards and requirements
• Ensure good coordination and communication in facility and with other function as well

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, which should include leadership roles & experience in warehouse operations and logistics coordination

• Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of warehouse staff, supervisors, and leads.

1)  Business level English proficiency is A MUST

2)  Proficient in using Ms. Office and Spreadsheet.

3)  At least 2 years' experience in supply chain management and Export Import. Individuals with experience in managing International Trade Operations and VMI is preferred

4)  Good proficiency in handling documentation and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1)  Issuing purchase orders to Supplier (Importer)

2) Collaboration with Supplier (Importer) and Freight forwarder Company for Import process. Gather all necessary documents for custom clearance

3) Day-to-day handling of import customs when dealing with potential issues like "red line" or "yellow line" alerts from customs, delay or early shipment at port

4) Coordinating with the account team for payment of taxes/VAT.

5) Collaboration with Forwarder for booking transportation from container yard to Warehouse.

6) Coordinating with warehouse operations for managing incoming processes, scheduling dates, times, and quantities and Inbound report.

7) Coordinating warehouse operations to managing daily sales plans from WH to customers

8) Ensuring timely delivery of orders with appropriate documentation.

9) Issuing invoices to customers based on daily usage plans and processing monthly billing.

10) Handling payment processes to Supplier.

11) Day-to-day communication with Supplier, Warehouse Vendor, and End Customer

12) Summarizing monthly financial transactions and validating billing details for suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouse rent, and office expenses.
