Role Description:

TDM is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operation Division Head to be based on-site in South Jakarta. This senior leadership role is responsible for formulating and implementing project execution strategies while ensuring operational excellence across all projects. The Operation Division Head will safeguard efficiency, safety, quality, and compliance with technical standards, budgets, and timelines—while championing HSE principles, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction and infrastructure project management, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK/Lean), reporting tools (S-curve, dashboards), and relevant software applications.
• Preferred certifications: General HSE, ISO 9001/45001, or Project Management Professional (PMP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead workforce deployment, subcontractor coordination, and performance evaluation.
• Provide end-to-end supervision of fieldwork and deliver accurate, timely progress reports.
• Enforce strict HSE standards across project sites in full compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor project costs to ensure alignment with BoQ, budget, and financial targets.
• Ensure flawless execution according to design drawings, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance systems and manage defect rectification through to project handover.
• Resolve on-site technical and non-technical challenges, ensuring smooth escalation management.

• Monitor clinic performance against revenue targets and KPIs.
• Ensure achievement target of every branches in his area and evaluate the process to get achievement
• Control and Monitor Opex ratio to ensure branches performance achieve the target
• Oversee the daily operations of Morula IVF Jakarta, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient service delivery.
• Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all clinics in operational & patient journey aspect
• Coordinate the activities of staff and specialists (fertility doctors, nurses, lab technicians, etc.) to ensure smooth clinic operations.
