What You'll Do:
Audit raw and transformed data for completeness, formatting, and anomalies
Maintain data validation procedures
Build scorecards and basic reporting dashboards to monitor data health
Troubleshoot irregularities in data pipelines (Airflow, dbt, etc.)
Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve data quality
Report on data health, metrics, and improvement areas
Ensure quality dimensions are tracked: completeness, validity, freshness, accuracy, and integrity
What We're Looking For:
min 1 years experience in Data Quality/Data Engineering/Data Governance
Proficient with Python (is a must), SQL / Bigquery
Experience with tools like Airflow, dbt
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Strong grasp of data lineage, quality metrics, and monitoring tools
Bonus if you know Great Expectations, YDataProfiling, or Fuzzy Matching
Nice to Have:
Understanding of data frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, ISO 8000)
Relevant certifications (CDMP, etc.)

- Minimum D3 majoring in oil and gas related program
- Minimum 3 (three) years of work experience in Well Control operation.
- Having a strong understanding of the principles of well control in drilling operations.

Job Description
Superintendent – E&I, Planning, Document Control & Contract Management is responsible for leading and managing all activities related to electrical and instrumentation maintenance, planning, documentation, and vendor/contract management in Smelter Operations, ensuring equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, cost effectiveness, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for all E&I systems, including MV/LV Switchgear, Transformers, Rectifiers, Turbine Generators, PLC/DCS, APCS, FGDS, CCTV, communication systems, and field instruments.
- Plan and oversee annual shutdowns, coordinating with operations, engineering, and supply chain to ensure spare parts and service availability.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including equipment calibration, certifications, and inspections (HV/LV installations, stack emission monitoring systems, nucleonic gauges, weighing systems, FGDS).
- Implement and enforce electrical and instrumentation safety programs, risk assessments, PPE usage, and housekeeping to promote a culture of zero harm.
- Prepare and manage Repair & Maintenance (R&M) and CAPEX budgets, monitor inventory and spare part usage, and optimize resource allocation to minimize costs.
- Control technical documentation, vendor agreements, manuals, and statutory certifications, ensuring effective document management and version control.
- Manage and monitor vendor and service provider contracts, ensuring delivery meets agreed KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary interface with OEMs, contractors, and government inspectors to address technical issues, compliance requirements, and contract obligations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, utilities, workshops, and supply chain) to minimize downtime and support uninterrupted production.
- Deploy and supervise E&I manpower effectively, monitor team performance, and coach for improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of experience in Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance in process plants (preferably in Copper Smelter or Mining Industry).
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven leadership experience in managing teams and contracts/projects within E&I functions.
- Strong knowledge of Electrical Systems: MV/LV transformers & switchgear, PCC/MCC, HVAC, rectifiers, VFDs, protection relays, cranes, and power systems.
- Expertise in Instrumentation & Control Systems: DCS/PLC/HMI/SCADA, APCS, field instruments, analyzers, FGDS, calibration and configuration of equipment.
- Experience in maintenance planning, budgeting, documentation, and contract/vendor management.
- Understanding of statutory compliance, environmental standards, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
