This project is dedicated to supporting educators in
Islamic schools under the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kementerian Agama)
— from PAUD to SMA/SMK/MA — with practical AI skills they can apply directly in their teaching.

As a Learning Content Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the training materials are relevant, localized, and easy to apply for teachers. You will also serve as the main reference point for Master Trainers and participants on content-related questions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Master and localize AI training content to fit the needs of K-12 educators in Islamic schools.
• Act as the subject-matter expert (SME) to support Master Trainers in delivering content.
• Provide answers and guidance for participants' questions related to training content.
• Monitor the delivery of training materials and propose adjustments or improvements.
• Develop engaging microlearning content (infographics, short videos, or bite-sized lessons) to strengthen participants' understanding.

Qualifications:

• Minimum
  5 years of experience as an educator
  (teacher, lecturer, trainer, or in educational institutions).
• Strong understanding of how digital technology/AI can be integrated into the Indonesian education system.
• Proven experience in localizing or adapting learning content/materials for relevance and effectiveness.
• Excellent communication skills to explain concepts clearly to educators.
