RENSPOSIBILITY :

Education and Public Programs Content Development

  • Work in the Education and Public Programs Team to conduct research, contribute content and ideas for program development.
  • Lead the content development for learning resources and public programs, which includes: Education Resource Kit, Museum Guide for Children, Audio Guide, Talks, Performances, and Workshops.
  • Assist and support the School Relations Offi cer to develop Education engagements, which includes: Educators Forum, Educators' Walkthrough.
  • Manage inventory of equipment and assets.
  • Implement evaluation methods into program planning where required and produce reports from resulting data.

Program Coordination & Delivery

  • Oversee the production of audio recording and video shoots for Education and Public Programs content.
  • Provide guidance and expertise on technical operations for digital and hybrid events for colleagues across the organization.
  • Operate and provide technical support for on-site and digital/hybrid programs.
  • Working with internal teams from across all departments to support technical, logistic requirements and deliver events on all scales, including in-person and digital/hybrid programs for all public facing events developed across the organization.

Museum Guide for Children

  • Draft content in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor or diploma in visual art, education, management, multimedia, communications or social/cultural studies.

Role Overview

The Curriculum Development Executive will be responsible for designing and developing innovative curricula for both corporate or adult training programs and K-12 education in STEM, coding, and robotics. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and systematic thinking to create engaging, project-based learning experiences that foster both practical skills and critical thinking.



Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development – Corporate Training

  • Design training programs covering digital transformation, entrepreneurship, leadership, negotiation, and sustainability.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure industry relevance and practical application.
  • Curriculum Development – K-12 Programs

  • Create engaging curricula for students in STEM, coding, and robotics.

  • Ensure lesson plans and activities meet educational standards while encouraging problem-solving and creativity.
  • Instructional Design & Delivery Support

  • Develop structured lesson plans, activities, case studies, and assessments for diverse learners.

  • Provide training, guidance, and resources to educators and trainers for curriculum delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement

  • Review and update existing curricula based on education and industry trends.

  • Incorporate the latest methodologies and technologies to keep learning experiences innovative.
  • Collaboration & Management

  • Work with instructional designers, teachers, and trainers to optimize curriculum content and delivery.

  • Manage end-to-end curriculum development processes, ensuring timely and high-quality outputs.


Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Education, Instructional Design, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:

  • 3–5 years of curriculum development and group teaching experience, within Education or EdTech companies.

  • Proven track record in developing curricula for both adult/corporate training and K–12 education programs.
  • Technical Expertise:

  • Strong technical background in STEM-related fields such as engineering, computer science, robotics, or coding.

  • Skilled in creating learning materials for digital transformation, entrepreneurship, negotiation, sustainability (corporate training), and STEM/coding/robotics (K–12 education).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest education trends, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Professional Skills:

  • Highly organized, systematic, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Creative and resourceful, with the ability to design engaging, interactive, and outcome-focused learning experiences.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, effective in multicultural and diverse environments.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
