Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Badung Regency for an Electrical Maintenance technician. The role involves performing daily electrical maintenance tasks, troubleshooting electrical issues, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of villa electrical systems. The individual will be expected to diagnose and promptly resolve electrical problems to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.

To perform maintenance, repair, and inspection of electrical systems and equipment used in water treatment processes, ensuring operational reliability, efficiency, and safety.

1. Routine Maintenance and Inspection

2. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on electrical installations and equipment such as motors, electrical panels, pumps, blowers, and sensors and etc.

3. Conduct regular inspections of power distribution systems, control panels, and other electrical components.
4. Record inspection and maintenance activities in log sheets and CMMS (if applicable).

5. Corrective Maintenance

6. Troubleshoot and repair faults or breakdowns in electrical systems and control equipment.

7. Coordinate with instrumentation or mechanical teams when working on integrated equipment.

8. Installation and Modification

9. Install new electrical equipment or replace components as required.

10. Interpret and follow electrical wiring diagrams and P&IDs (if applicable).
11. Modify electrical systems to meet operational or project needs.

12. Documentation and Reporting

13. Prepare daily and monthly maintenance reports.

14. Record spare parts usage and request replenishment as needed.

• Minimum education: D3 Elektronika
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in water treatment, chemical, or industrial plants. (Pengalaman pernah bekerja dengan PDAM merupakan nilai plus)
• Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, motor control, VSD/VFD systems, and panel installations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Electrical certification (e.g., K3 Electrical Safety or Licensed Electrician) is a plus.

Requirement :

Minimum S1  ( Prefer Electrical Engineering )

Experience At least 2 Years in Electrical Maintenance in Manufacture Factory

Have strong knowledge in Industrial Instrument , and able to operate measurement devices / tools , also familiar with preventive maintenance in Machinery

Have knowledge of reading dan drawing Electrical Drawing

Have Knowledge of PLC and SCADA , and familiarity with PLC From Major Brand (  Mitsubishi , Fatek, Siemens , Hitachi , Etc ) both Analog and Digital

Have Knowledge of Industrial Inverter ( Mitsubishi ,  Yaskawa, Danfoss , Frenic , Schneider , etc ) , Pneumatic , Electric Pneumatic and hydraulic

Have Knowledge of DOL ( Direct on Line ) , and automation Industrial Scheme ,

Had Experience to Synchronize Engine with installed instrument  ( Sensor , Encoder , Inverter )

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all electrical equipment, including motors, generators, transformers, switchgear, and control systems.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex electrical failures and breakdowns, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair activities performed by the maintenance team and external contractors.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, electrical codes, and company standards during maintenance operations.
• Manage spare parts inventory for critical electrical components to ensure availability and reduce lead times.
• Participate in the planning and execution of major electrical system upgrades and installations.
• Review electrical designs for new equipment and modifications to ensure maintainability and reliability.
• Develop and conduct training for maintenance technicians on electrical troubleshooting, safety procedures, and new equipment.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting low, medium, and high voltage electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical codes and safety standards.
• Experience with CMMS software for managing maintenance activities.

Job Title: Specialist, Electrical Maintenance

The Function Specialist – Electrical is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of electrical systems and equipment across the facility or project. This includes troubleshooting, developing technical solutions, maintaining standards, and supporting continuous improvement in electrical operations

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed analysis, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and components (MV/LV switchgear, motors, transformers, relays, etc.)
