Your Main Responsibilities Are

• Guide Customers to the correct way of working /procedure or SOP to every their activity.
• Daily Communication Operational and Maintenance activity with Customers.
• As solving problem if there is problems accured.
• As a hub Communications to all stakeholder in wartsila such as, Centre, CM, FS, Workshop and Technical Service.
• Can manage direct verbally discussion with Customers.

You will shine in this role when you have:

• Have experience in Electrical engineering / Automation
• Have a diploma in Electrical engineering / Mechatronic or Equivalent
• Have work experience working in a power plant, as an electrician.
• Having similar experience around 5 years

• Supervising and guiding a team of electrical maintenance technicians.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor Elektrik stationed in Berau, East Kalimantan. Supervisor Elektrik will be responsible for:

• Manage and supervise electrical of crusher, conveyors, genset, and heavy equipment
• Ensure operation and repair schedule of crushers, conveyors, heavy equipment
• Ensure operations run by safety standards
• Able to coordinate with the electrical and mechanic team, spare parts, and users (operators) to organize heavy equipment maintenance.
• Have adequate knowledge of the electrical and technical aspects of various heavy equipment

Qualifications

• Has a degree in Electrical Polytechnic (Politeknik Elektrik), minimum D3
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Jetty
• Adequate knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance process in achieving KPI targets (PA, MA, UA)
• Having work experience in Coal Mining will be a plus
• Willing to be placed on Berau site with rooster work system
