Responsibilities:

• Review all engineering documents, technical specifications, and project requirements to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and alignment with project goals.
• Coordinate with CAD drafters to prepare and review shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and as-built documentation.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of AV systems, ensuring all systems are fully operational and function as intended.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication to address project updates, requirements, and issue resolution.
• Ensure K3 procedures area carried out in the operational work of team members

Compulsory Qualification:

• Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on field experience in project management, preferably in AV systems, MEP, or related engineering fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project reporting tools.
• Able to communicate and write in English (oral & written).

• Memastikan proses stamping dan welding berjalan sesuai standar kualitas.

• Membuat desain dies dan proses stamping.

• Membuat desain jig dan checking fixture sesuai kebutuhan produksi.

• Melakukan analisis permasalahan (Root Cause Analysis) serta memberikan solusi.

• Membuat, menjalankan, dan mengawasi kegiatan Kaizen (continuous improvement).

• Menyusun laporan perkembangan proyek dan menyampaikan kepada manajemen.

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Mesin / Teknik Industri / Teknik Manufaktur atau bidang terkait.

• Menguasai proses Stamping dan Welding.

The Manager I, Manufacturing/Engineering Project Management (Professional Path), is primarily responsible for leading projects within the Manufacturing facility, enhancing project performance and operational efficiency.
