Responsibilities:
- Review all engineering documents, technical specifications, and project requirements to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and alignment with project goals.
- Coordinate with CAD drafters to prepare and review shop drawings, schematic diagrams, and as-built documentation.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of AV systems, ensuring all systems are fully operational and function as intended.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and professional communication to address project updates, requirements, and issue resolution.
- Ensure K3 procedures area carried out in the operational work of team members
- Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly progress reports for both internal management and clients, highlighting achievements, challenges, and next steps.
Compulsory Qualification:
- Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on field experience in project management, preferably in AV systems, MEP, or related engineering fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project reporting tools.
- Able to communicate and write in English (oral & written).
- Living near Jakarta area.
- Own personal vehicle for mobility.

Memastikan proses stamping dan welding berjalan sesuai standar kualitas.
Membuat desain dies dan proses stamping.
Membuat desain jig dan checking fixture sesuai kebutuhan produksi.
Melakukan analisis permasalahan (Root Cause Analysis) serta memberikan solusi.
Membuat, menjalankan, dan mengawasi kegiatan Kaizen (continuous improvement).
Menyusun laporan perkembangan proyek dan menyampaikan kepada manajemen.

Kualifikasi
Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Mesin / Teknik Industri / Teknik Manufaktur atau bidang terkait.
Mampu menjalankan tugas sebagai PIC Project.
Memahami SPPT.
Memahami PCR (Product Change Request / Proses perubahan produk).
Menguasai proses Stamping dan Welding.
Dapat membuat desain dies serta proses stamping.
Dapat membuat desain jig dan checking fixture.
Memiliki kemampuan Problem Solving dan Root Cause Analysis yang baik.
Mampu membuat serta mengimplementasikan Kaizen / Continuous Improvement.
