Position Introductory:

The Electrical & Electronic Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical, electronic systems and equipment. This role ensures that all electrical & electronic components operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant codes and standards

Responsiblities:

• Install, inspect, and test electrical systems and components
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical/electronic and automation equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electronic/electrical faults in machinery, control panels, and wiring.
• Read and interpret PLC ladder Diagrams, electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve system performance.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Assist in the design and modification of electrical systems when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Mechatronics / Electronics & Electrical Engineering
• Having Experience 3 – 4 years in Printing industry or similar
• Proven experience as an electrical & electronic technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and testing equipment.
• Strong knowledge with PLCs- Siemens S7, Beckoff, Ladder Diagram, Servo Drives/Motor and automation systems is a must
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of safety procedures and regulations.

• Membantu verifikasi desain dan troubleshooting sistem menggunakan dokumentasi teknis.
• Melakukan pemeliharaan pada cubicle, transformator, PCC (Power Control Center), MCC (Motor Control Center), PDB, dan LDB.
• Menjamin integritas operasional dan mencegah downtime yang tidak direncanakan.
• Kalibrasi dan pemeliharaan instrumen seperti FT (Flow Transmitter), LT (Level Transmitter), PT (Pressure Transmitter), TT (Temperature Transmitter), serta analyzer pH dan gas.
• Bekerja dengan relay konvensional, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), dan DCS (Distributed Control System).
• Membantu upgrade sistem dan troubleshooting.
• Memantau dan menangani arus bocor, serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar sistem pembumian dan perlindungan.
• Melakukan pengaturan relay proteksi beban lebih dan kurang, serta memastikan isolasi gangguan dan perlindungan peralatan.
• Melakukan troubleshooting dan pemeliharaan rutin pada sistem proteksi kebakaran listrik.
• Berpartisipasi dalam instalasi dan commissioning peralatan listrik baru sesuai dengan standar keselamatan dan desain.

• Lulusan SMK atau Diploma di bidang Teknik Elektro.
• Pengalaman kerja 5 tahun sebagai Electrical Technician
• Pengalaman di industri manufaktur kimia menjadi nilai lebih
• Pemahaman kuat terhadap P&ID dan skema kelistrikan.
• Berpengalaman dengan sistem MV/LV: Cubicle, Transformator, PCC, MCC, PDB, LDB.

Job Descriptions

• Carry out all routine/non-routine maintenance work related to electrical Equipment, includes regular maintenance patrol, evaluate and take necessary action to fix any electrical problem or follow up problem found in the previous shift.
• Implement the electrical field activity to follow the work instruction and procedure correctly to increase productivity and keep production process smoothly. Check and identify electrical equipment problems to specify root cause to achieve equipment rectification correctly.
• Implement safe working practices and good housekeeping at the activity of Electrical Maintenance team in accordance the safety and health, environment and Quality Management systems.
• Conduct proper waste handling as an impact of those above activities to comply with relevant environmental law and regulation.
• Directly responsible with a shift contractor who assist him to perform his shift job.
• Perform clear written and oral communication among operation, other shift team and contractor during performing his job. Record and report immediately any abnormality to the related section/Department during his duty.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma 3 in Electrical Engineering
• Min 2 years of working experience in the same field
• Able to speak and write in English well
• Familiar with MS Office applications
