DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:

• Melakukan perencanaan dan kontrol serta melaksanakan aktivitas preventive maintenance dan pelaporan pekerjaan preventive maintenance sesuai dengan schedule dengan tujuan agar pekerjaan dapat berjalan tepat waktu dan sesuai target yang ditentukan.
• Melakukan perencanaan dan kontrol cost FFB processing dengan tujuan agar dapat berjalan secara efektif.
• Melakukan monitoring peralatan dan perlengkapan kerja dengan tujuan agar perlatan dan perlengkapan selalu tersedia serta dalam kondisi baik dan berfungsi optimal sehingga tidak menghambat proses produksi.
• Melakukan kalibrasi timbangan, kalibrasi alat ukur lab serta earthing test timbangan dengan tujuan agar pekerjaan berjalan sesuai dengan jadwal yang ditentukan.
• Melakukan pengecekan dan menjaga areal kerjanya dengan tujuan agar selalu dalam kondisi bersih, aman dan rapi setiap saat dengan menerapkan program 5K+1S.
• Melakukan setiap pekerjaan sesuai dengan SOP dan standar Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dengan tujuan untuk memastikan keamanan lingkungan kerja.
• Melakukan dan melaksanakan program QCC, QCP, SS dan PPS dilingkup pekerjaannya.

• Membuat perencanaan dan melaksanakan CRP (Cost Reduction Program).

Some of your duties will include:

• Perform assigned tasks using hand/power tools, test equipment, calibrators and measurement meters related to normal electrical and instrumentation maintenance
• Perform assigned tasks following written instructions and basic drawings
• Perform assigned tasks to specified calibrations and programming parameters
• Perform basic rebuilds of electrical switchgear/motors and instrumentation devices
• Maintain a safe and neat work area and report defects, incidents and unsafe conditions.
• Coach others to undertake the tasks of the Fixed Plant Electrician - Port and perform as the supervisor
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fixed plant electrical systems, including crushers, conveyors, mills, pumps, and control systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults in electrical circuits, motors, switchgear, and instrumentation.
• Install, test, and commission new electrical equipment and systems as required.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, electrical standards, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs using CMMS (e.g., SAP, Pronto).
• Collaborate with mechanical and instrumentation teams to support plant reliability and uptime.
• Participate in shutdowns, project work, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and job safety analyses before commencing work.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Other duties as assigned

What skills and experience do you need?

• Tertiary Degree or equivalent or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with maintenance or construction of large processing fixed plant equipment as Technician Electrical in mineral processing, mining, or heavy industrial plant (crushing, grinding, flotation, material handling, etc.)
• Experience with high voltage up to 11K electricity (Power distribution systems)
• Knowledge of basic DCS programming and ladder logic training for PLC analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Basic written and spoken English language competency

This is a static, site-based role, responsible for delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of site systems and services.

• Carry out all statutory and non-statutory PPM tasks as per the annual planner and instruction sets.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor Elektrik stationed in Berau, East Kalimantan. Supervisor Elektrik will be responsible for:

• Manage and supervise electrical of crusher, conveyors, genset, and heavy equipment
• Ensure operation and repair schedule of crushers, conveyors, heavy equipment
• Ensure operations run by safety standards
• Able to coordinate with the electrical and mechanic team, spare parts, and users (operators) to organize heavy equipment maintenance.
• Have adequate knowledge of the electrical and technical aspects of various heavy equipment

Qualifications

• Has a degree in Electrical Polytechnic (Politeknik Elektrik), minimum D3
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Jetty
• Adequate knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance process in achieving KPI targets (PA, MA, UA)
• Having work experience in Coal Mining will be a plus
• Willing to be placed on Berau site with rooster work system
• Possess good communication and teamwork skills
