- Leverage data analysis tools/applications for reporting/analysis, able to use the analytics for possible enhancements (from data to insight); stay abreast to industry trends to bring in new perspectives, such as HR digitization, new ways of working
- Act as local point of contact for HR People Services team on training administration, and logistics
- Be involved in ad hoc assignments as Talent Development professional.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources/psychology/socialsciences preferred; related working experience is a plus
- Comfortable working in the dynamic intercultural context
