SKK Migas (the chairman's and vice chairman's office & working level within SKK Deputies offices – business support, operations, finance, planning), Ministry of Energy & Mineral Resources (ESDM) including Dirjen Oil & Gas, State Secretariat (Sekneg), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Home Affairs, Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs and other Ministries and agencies relevant to bp businesses in Indonesia including DPR Commission XII.

Coordination of all appropriate lobbying efforts at the national level on behalf of the Company.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES AND COMPETENCIES :

Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, Communications, Journalism or related field and

Min 12 years related experience in external/corporate/government affairs or legislative affairs as a lobbyist, analyst, aide, or staff for a government agency, elected official or legislative committee.

Job Purpose

The Stakeholder Relations Manager plays a vital role in protecting our license to operate and ensuring operational continuity at both Sampangagung and Tangerang Breweries. Main Responsibilities

  • Lead brewery-level permit and license management (including land matters), ensuring compliance and no disruption to operations

  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including local and provincial governments, NGOs, civil society groups, community leaders, religious figures, and media
