URAIAN PEKERJAAN:

• Mencari ide dan menulis script untuk konten kesehatan (video pendek, Youtube, artikel, campaign).
• Mengemas topik medis, nutrisi, fisioterapi atau suplemen menjadi storytelling yang engaging.
• Menyusun script dengan balance antara edukasi - hiburan - brand message.
• Melakukan riset ilmiah untuk memastikan akurasi dan kredibilitas konten.
• Menyederhanakan istilah medis/teknis agar mudah dipahami audiens awam.
• Bekerja sama dengan tim kreatif, brand strategist dan talent.

KUALIFIKASI:

• Sarjana Komunikasi, Jurnalistik, Marketing, Media (Lebih diutamakan dengan jurusan kesehatan: Fisioterapi, Nutrisi, Farmasi, Kesehatan Masyarakat, dll).
• Pengalaman menulis script atau konten min 2 tahun (lebih diutamakan di bidang kesehatan / wellness / suplemen).
• Memahami bahasa medis/istilah kesehatan dan mampu menyederhanakannya untuk publik.
• Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah.
• Paham SEO/optimasi konten dan cara agar konten lebih mudah ditemukan audiens.
• Kreatif, research minded, cepat adaptasi dengan tren sosial media (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).

This is not a medical role. Instead, you'll act as the client's first point of contact: greeting them in their villas, introducing our brand, confirming their preparation, and staying present while our partner lab nurse completes the blood draw. You'll ensure everything runs smoothly, represent our premium standards, and provide reassurance during the process.

Outside of morning visits, you'll also handle customer inquiries, bookings, and coordination with our operations team.

• Welcome clients at home visits and set the tone for a premium experience.
