• Melakukan analisis dan evaluasi terperinci terhadap proses manufaktur yang ada, mengidentifikasi area yang perlu ditingkatkan dan merekomendasikan solusi yang tepat.
• Merancang dan menerapkan strategi pengoptimalan proses untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, mengurangi waktu siklus, dan meningkatkan kualitas produk.
• Berkolaborasi dengan tim teknik, produksi, dan jaminan kualitas untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan prosedur operasi standar (SOP) dan instruksi kerja.
• Memantau dan analisis metrik kinerja proses, seperti waktu siklus, hasil dan tingkat sisa serta kembangkan strategi untuk memenuhi atau melampaui target.
• Memberikan dukungan teknis dan keahlian pemecahan masalah untuk menyelesaikan masalah terkait proses dan meningkatkan efektivgitas peralatan secara keseluruhan (OEE).

Job Requirements

• Minimal pendidikan S1 Teknik Mesin/Teknik Industri atau jurusan lain yang relevan.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun pada bidang proses engineer di pabrik.

Execute end-to-end global project commercialization and lead in qualifying technical solutions for regional projects and initiatives

Summary:

Execute end to end global commercialization projects and lead business supply continuity initiatives to qualify solutions for the ASIA region. This position has local and regional responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support Category R&D to develop and commercialize new products in local sourcing locations, and; throughout the region as appropriate.
• Participate as PCM lead in project meetings, collaborate with Global R&D
• Support Category R&D to qualify new methods/instructions in Manufacturing by attending the execution of line trials and support Production Process Validation (PPV) and/or Production Line Qualifications (PLQ)
• Support formula development and qualification when changes are approved by Category R&D
• Support development and implementation of process, storage, filling and cleaning instructions
• Evaluates and recommend for approval raw materials (including also 2nd sources) localizing the TS-PCM requirements to local/regional needs
• Production of the required products and samples for Marketing/Trade and compatibility testing
• Evaluation on new contractors' ability to produce SCJ formula up to SCJ standards
• Ensure that raw materials/formulations are conform with local legislations/directives and SCJ corporate standards including Product Safety Regulatory Environmental requirements (PSRE)
• Support remote/local SCJ manufacturing sites and/or contractors under supervision
• Carry out the required investigations to support desired Manufacturing changes to their manufacturing technology or manufacturing location or process improvement.

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree – Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Pharmacy, Sciences
• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in related field
• Experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMGC) industry will be an added advantage
• Strong Project Management skill

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Standard Work for all injection molding processes and support activities and help train leaders in each functional area
• Establish and maintain internal specifications and process documentation for injection molding processes and tooling ensuring processes and procedures are clearly stated and understandable for all employees
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Mold Technicians, Production Leads, Machine Operators, Material Handlers, and Production Maintenance Technicians
• Stay on the forefront of the latest industry trends and innovations by leveraging supplier relationships, industry trade shows and other learning opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) through team participation in tiered meetings and plant management processes to improve resource utilization, performance and quality

  Justify and generate capital expense proposals and manage capital projects for new machinery, automation and tooling
• Resolve technical tooling and process problems associated with both new and existing tooling. Hands-on technical resource for shop floor support when necessary
• Monitor and report issues with injection process; make recommendations for refurbishment based on production factors such as cycles, process capability, and tooling history

Minimum Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Plastics, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering required
• Must have a minimum of 5 years practical work experience in an injection molding and blow molding
• Demonstrated ability to start-up, operate, and shut down process related equipment
• Strong and diverse technical background in injection molding processing, tooling, equipment, materials, manufacturing, and quality
• Ability to work independently on new process development as well as troubleshoot current production issues: self-starter able to work with little direction and with a high level of self-motivation
• Ability to manage multiple start-up projects
• Proficient in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD 3D modeling software and CAE mold flow analysis
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with injection mold tool design including shrinkage factors, heat transfer, hot runners, core pulls, venting, gates and runners, draft angles, etc.
• Hands-on experience teach-pendant programming and setting up robots for injection molding. Insert molding and automation cell integration experience a plus
