- Evaluates and recommend for approval raw materials (including also 2nd sources) localizing the TS-PCM requirements to local/regional needs
- Production of the required products and samples for Marketing/Trade and compatibility testing
- Evaluation on new contractors' ability to produce SCJ formula up to SCJ standards
- Ensure that raw materials/formulations are conform with local legislations/directives and SCJ corporate standards including Product Safety Regulatory Environmental requirements (PSRE)
- Support remote/local SCJ manufacturing sites and/or contractors under supervision
- Carry out the required investigations to support desired Manufacturing changes to their manufacturing technology or manufacturing location or process improvement.
Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree – Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Pharmacy, Sciences

- Demonstrated ability to start-up, operate, and shut down process related equipment
- Strong and diverse technical background in injection molding processing, tooling, equipment, materials, manufacturing, and quality
- Ability to work independently on new process development as well as troubleshoot current production issues: self-starter able to work with little direction and with a high level of self-motivation
- Ability to manage multiple start-up projects
- Proficient in SolidWorks or equivalent CAD 3D modeling software and CAE mold flow analysis
