In this role, you will lead a team of talented engineers to elevate Dropsuite's partner portal platform to the next level. You will be responsible for ensuring that our customers / partners engage with a highly performant and scalable portal and API to integrate with. Additionally, you will work closely with the Product Manager to deliver new features with exceptional quality and reliability.
Work Arrangement
- Full-time position
- Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office)
- Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)
- Eligible to reside and work in Bandung (Indonesian citizenship only)

Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver new features effectively and on schedule.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers, fostering growth and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the Dropsuite partner platform, ensuring it meets high-quality standards for performance and scalability.
- Conduct thorough design and code reviews, ensuring adherence to Dropsuite's code standards and best practices.
- Understand architectural considerations and design solutions that align with overall system architecture.
- Drive innovation by introducing new ideas and conducting PoC to enhance the functionality and performance of Dropsuite's backup engine platform.
- Demonstrate consistent progress toward project goals and timelines, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Create detailed project plans, provide accurate estimations, and effectively manage stakeholder expectations throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications and Competencies
- 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering
- Strong proficiency in Ruby, with good experience on Ruby on Rails
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams of 5 or more
- Experience with big data and large-scale applications is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using Jira (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams is an advantage
- Proven ability to serve as both a hands-on developer and an effective people leader
- Proficient in project management and team coordination.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Security Engineering Lead with a proven track record in building and leading security teams.
