Job Description:
- Lead and manage daily operations of the mould & die factory, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met.
- Plan and control production schedules, capacity, and resources to achieve on-time delivery of tooling projects.
- Oversee machining processes (CNC, milling, grinding, heat treatment, assembly, and trial runs).
- Ensure compliance with tooling quality standards, tolerances, and approval processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost efficiency, and machine utilization (OEE).
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance systems for moulds and dies.
- Manage budget (CapEx & OpEx) and new equipment investment for the toolroom.

Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma's degree (DIII) in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Mold Designer or in a similar role is often required (>5 years).
- Experience with mold-making processes and materials.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, SolidEdge).

FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION FOR IMS CLUSTER ENGINEERING MANAGER
POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Regional Food & Beverage (F&B) Engineering Leader for APAC Region, this position provides detailed and highly professional technical assistance and support to F+B division, and aids in all engineering technology development projects related to chemical handling/dilution/safety.
Working in team environment's, the incumbent interacts with Sales, Key Accounts, and Marketing teams among the local, regional and global team as well as vendors, suppliers, OEM's and end-user customers, on a wide variety of challenging applications. Engineers and technicians (TCS) personnel will report to this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides equipment technical support to Food & Beverage (F&B) Country leader, Account Managers, Key Account Managers, other Engineers, TCS and Diversey customers for Indonesia/ Malaysia and Singapore
- Support sales colleagues in collection of customer requirements for both new and prospect customers & translates customer requirement & requests into functional, technical specifications and presenting to customers
- Prepares quotations and supports sales, whenever necessary presentation of the quotations to and the discussion with the customers
- Decides projects work plans, determines necessary resources and timing, acquires the necessary manpower & material resources establishes deliverables and assigns tasks, ensures that projects have the correct allocation of people and skills, identifies and escalate roadblocks and risks, directs the activities and maintain project calendar, solves the problems, co-ordinates the resources (internal or third party ) assigned for a project to ensure engineering quality and projects execution according to agreed plans and design
- Ensures that all documentation, list of spares, drawings, declarations are according to contractual agreements, customer expectations and legislation
- Responsible for all installation, start-up and commissioning activities whether installed by Diversey team or via installation partners. Compiles and delivers all relevant project handover documentation
- Ensures harmonization of processes, procedures, workflows & tools as per Diversey standards
- Creates development & training plans for Engineering Team reporting to him. Including training of service colleagues in order to guarantee appropriate good quality maintenance
- Collaborates with F+B Global & Regional Engineering Team and technical colleagues on development and innovation programs
- Supports OEM engineering projects
- Build and maintain OEM customer relationships
- Maintain communications with Diversey Global OEM team
- Co-ordinates OEM projects with Global, Regional engineering teams, and local sales team
- Work with Key Account Team to identify and execute on OEM opportunities at existing customers, and C&S sales opportunities coming from OEM sales.
- Participates in development of the Engineering strategy and AOP.
- Ensures that all local legislation and Health & Safety requirements are fully adhered to during the project execution

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Engineering project management experience with 5+ years' experience in project engineering in F&B environment or water treatment industries
- Has knowledge and expertise on Cleaning and Sanitation (C&S) industry or water treatment equipment
- Understand the needs and requirements of customers
- Under the needs to work with the Global & Regional design group for the most appropriate solution that the proposal can fit with the company value proposition,
- Understand the systems the team require to installed/ start up or commissioning work.
- Understand the implication on customers requirement, procedures and processes to take this into account when planning activities and resources
- Experience working with professional services / 3rd parties
