About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Management to lead our engineering team and drive project success across departments and external partners. This is a managerial-level role responsible for overseeing technical execution, deliver project administration accuracy, coordinating with internal division heads, and managing third-party collaborations to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.

What you'll be doing

1. Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-impact projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
2. Liaise effectively with internal division heads (e.g., PPC, Maintenance , Finance, Product Development) to align priorities and strategic goals.
3. Coordinate and manage third-party vendors, consultants, and contractors, ensuring project alignment with company standards and expectations.
4. Ensure accurate project administration, including project documentation, tracking milestones, preparing reports, and maintaining records for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with project teams. Ensure compliance with internal engineering standards, industry regulations, and safety requirements.
6. Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the engineering function.

• Extensive experience (6+ years) in an engineering management or leadership role, preferably in a similar industry
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities

• Meticulous and detail oriented individual, with the ability to provide sustainable data completion accuracy

Posisi Engineering Project Management bertanggung jawab sebagai PIC dalam mengelola proyek terkait proses manufaktur (stamping, welding, dies, jig, fixture, dll). Peran ini membutuhkan kemampuan teknis yang kuat serta problem solving untuk memastikan proyek berjalan sesuai target kualitas, biaya, dan waktu.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

• Menjalankan peran sebagai PIC Project dari awal hingga akhir.

• Menyusun perencanaan, koordinasi, dan monitoring pelaksanaan proyek.

• Memastikan proses stamping dan welding berjalan sesuai standar kualitas.

• Membuat desain dies dan proses stamping.

• Membuat desain jig dan checking fixture sesuai kebutuhan produksi.

• Melakukan analisis permasalahan (Root Cause Analysis) serta memberikan solusi.

• Membuat, menjalankan, dan mengawasi kegiatan Kaizen (continuous improvement).

• Menyusun laporan perkembangan proyek dan menyampaikan kepada manajemen.

Kualifikasi

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Mesin / Teknik Industri / Teknik Manufaktur atau bidang terkait.

• Mampu menjalankan tugas sebagai PIC Project.

• Memahami SPPT.

• Memahami PCR (Product Change Request / Proses perubahan produk).

• Menguasai proses Stamping dan Welding.

• Dapat membuat desain dies serta proses stamping.

• Dapat membuat desain jig dan checking fixture.

• Memiliki kemampuan Problem Solving dan Root Cause Analysis yang baik.

• Mampu membuat serta mengimplementasikan Kaizen / Continuous Improvement.

• Komunikatif, mampu bekerja sama dengan tim lintas departemen.

• Berpengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang yang relevan (manufaktur/otomotif lebih disukai).
