**What will I be doing?**
As the Engineering Technician (Kitchen Equipment), you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Supervise and inspect the hotel's Fire department's fire preventive works and take proper measures to stop any violation of the fire prevention works.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 8+ cumulative years of design experience with industrial or commercial engineering in Mission Critical facilities including but not limited to: data centers, power generation, oil / gas facilities. (Experienced Engineer)
- Experience with the operation/maintenance or resident design engineer or hands-on mechanical design consultant
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of building codes and local regulations.
- Experience using a variety of web based software's and tools for calculation and data processing mainly CFD software.
- Experience reading, interpreting, and creating construction drawings, specifications & submittal documents and ability to carry design concepts through exploration & development into deployment/mass production.
- Have fluent knowledge of continuous operating redundant electrical systems, cooling systems, air flow containment, fire protection systems and EPMS/SCADA/BMS Controls system
