Job Description
**Major Responsibilities:**
+ Process company Accounts Payable transactions (third party invoices, employee expense reports, employee advance requests, etc.)
+ Ensure the accuracy of Accounts Payable record
+ Process payments timely to prevent business disruption and ensuring cost efficiency
+ Having active communication with third party vendors and employees to ensure great service excellence and provide support to the business
+ Ensure the compliance of operational activities with company policies and procedures as well as regulations
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in Account Payables, but fresh graduate can be considered
+ Fluent in English, written and oral
+ Good communication skills
+ Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
+ Experience working with SAP will give value
