In this role, you will lead sales & marketing initiatives, build strong customer and partner relationships, provide market insights to support growth, and ensure adherence to QHSE and Integrated Management System requirements. You will also contribute to fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, continuous improvement, and information security.

What You'll Do:
- Manage hazardous (B3) and non-hazardous waste in line with KLHK & ESDM regulations, including obtaining and maintaining relevant environmental permits.
- Handle environmental permits and compliance reporting (daily, monthly, quarterly).
- Collaborate with HSE team to strengthen environmental controls.
- Develop and update internal company documents related to environmental management, such as SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms, and Technical Guidelines.
- Provide training and awareness programs to promote eco-friendly work culture.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Public Health, Chemistry, Biology, or related.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations (national & international).
- Skilled in documentation, reporting, and inspections.
- Experience in Environmental Consulting/Licensing is a plus.
- Familiar with AMDAL/UKL-UPL and technical approvals for wastewater, emissions, and B3 waste management.
- Certified in Environment & HSE (e.g., Environmental Auditor, General K3, Waste Management Operator, OPLB3).
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with regulators.
