You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of various conservation projects, including reforestation, wildlife protection, and community-based environmental education. - Ensure compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and best practices.

- Develop fundraising proposals and manage donor relations for environmental initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to program teams.
- Stay informed about current environmental issues and conservation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, Forestry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in environmental program management or conservation work.
- Proven track record of successfully managing environmental projects and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of conservation principles, environmental policies, and sustainable development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in project budgeting, fundraising, and grant management.
- Ability to work effectively in the field and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of local environmental issues and conservation landscape in North Sumatra is a plus.
