Job Description
We are IGGG, a fast-growing cross-border consumer brand startup in the mother-and-baby sector.
Our CEO is former co-founder of a China internet unicorn valued at 500M+ USD, graduate of a top Chinese university, and a proven workaholic operator.
Joining this role means direct exposure to a founder who has already built a billion-RMB business—and is now scaling a new venture in Southeast Asia.
Why This Role Matters
The CEO currently covers everything from HR, finance, procurement, advertising, to finding office space. This is not sustainable.
Your role is to free up bandwidth, enforce execution, and accelerate scaling.
This is not a secretary job. It's a high-intensity apprenticeship where you'll learn how a company is built from the ground up, directly under a unicorn founder.
Your Responsibilities
- Operational Execution: Daily tasks across finance, HR, suppliers, e-commerce platforms, research, reporting.
- Project Management: Own task tracking, ensure deadlines are met, and keep teams accountable.
- Data Support: Collect, organize, and analyze data to support decisions.
- CEO Shadowing: Prepare meeting briefs, track follow-ups, enforce next steps.
- System Building: Turn chaos into structure by helping set up processes.
What We Look For
- Execution Powerhouse: Get things done fast and accurately.
- Smart + Hungry: Strong learning ability, curious, ambitious.
- Data-Aware: Comfort with spreadsheets, numbers, structured analysis.
- Self-Driven: Doesn't wait for instructions, takes initiative.
- Resilient: Can handle stress, criticism, and high expectations.
- Work Ethic: Workaholics welcome. We move fast, no hand-holding.
- Languages: English required. Mandarin a bonus.
Growth Path
- Year 1: Operate across all aspects of the startup, free up CEO bandwidth.
- Year 2: Lead projects independently (marketing ops, finance, supply chain).
- Year 3: Potential track into Operations Manager / Business Manager.
Why Join Us
- Direct Mentorship: Learn from a unicorn co-founder.
- Compressed Learning Curve: 5 years of startup experience in 1 year.
- Exposure: Be at the heart of cross-border operations across China, Indonesia, and beyond.
- Future Expansion: Malaysia, Europe, US—this is a global growth platform.
