- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute notes for executive meetings.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and security.
- Screen incoming calls, emails, and visitors, acting as a gatekeeper.
- Manage expense reports and process invoices.
- Assist with the planning and execution of corporate events and off-sites.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing administrative support to senior executives.
