Job Scope:
→ Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required documentation.
→ Verify and ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation in accordance with international and domestic shipping regulations.
→ Coordinate with various departments, customers, and vendors to gather necessary information and documentation for shipments.
→ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import, export or custom clearance regulations and requirements.
→ Ensure timely submission of documents to relevant authorities and customers.
→ Manage and maintain records of all shipping documentation.
→ Assist with resolving any documentation-related issues or discrepancies.

Job requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, (Mandarin is a plus).

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Mengawasi dan memastikan proses ekspor berjalan lancar mulai dari penerimaan order hingga pengiriman barang.
- Memimpin tim export staff dalam persiapan dan pemeriksaan dokumen ekspor (invoice, packing list, PEB, COO, Form D/E, bill of lading, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya).
- Memastikan seluruh pengiriman sesuai jadwal, spesifikasi produk, dan persyaratan pelanggan luar negeri.

Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (Manajemen, Ekonomi, Administrasi Bisnis, atau bidang terkait).
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang ekspor–impor atau logistik internasional, dengan minimal 2 tahun sebagai leader atau senior staff.
- Memahami dengan baik prosedur ekspor, kepabeanan, Incoterms, HS Code, dan dokumen perbankan (LC, TT, COO, Form D/E).
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dalam bahasa Inggris (lisan dan tulisan).
- Terampil menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan sistem ERP (SAP/Oracle).

REQUIREMENTS:
