  3. Achieve target sales: quantity dan delta.

  7. Collaborate with team members (PPIC, Production, Warehouse and Purchasing).

Job Requirement:

A. Strategi & Pengembangan Pasar Ekspor

  • Menyusun dan mengeksekusi strategi sales & marketing ekspor untuk meningkatkan volume penjualan dan market share spare parts di pasar internasional
  • Mengembangkan strategi branding, pricing, promosi, dan positioning produk agar lebih kompetitif di pasar global.
  • Mengidentifikasi peluang pasar baru, membuat strategi penetrasi pasar, serta meningkatkan revenue secara berkelanjutan.
  • Melakukan riset pasar global (permintaan spare parts, kompetitor, regulasi otomotif di negara tujuan).

B. Target & Performance Sales

  • Menetapkan KPI & target penjualan ekspor (per negara, per produk, per distributor).
  • Melakukan monitoring ketat terhadap pencapaian sales pipeline, funnel, dan closing rate.
  • Menganalisis margin & profitabilitas produk untuk memastikan keseimbangan antara volume penjualan dan keuntungan.

C. Business Development & Customer Relationship

  • Membangun dan memperluas jaringan distributor, dealer, agen, dan end-user di pasar luar negeri.

D. Manajemen Penjualan & Trading

  • Mengelola portofolio pelanggan internasional dan memperluas pangsa pasar ekspor.

E. Negosiasi & Hubungan Bisnis

  • Melakukan presentasi produk dan negosiasi harga/volume dengan buyer luar negeri.
  • Menjaga hubungan jangka panjang dengan distributor dan pelanggan internasional.
  • Menyusun dan memantau perjanjian distribusi, kontrak dagang, dan MoU dengan partner global.

F. Operasional Ekspor Spare Parts

  • Memastikan kelengkapan dokumen ekspor (invoice, packing list, COO, BL, LC, dll).
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim warehouse, forwarder, dan shipping line untuk kelancaran pengiriman spare parts.
  • Memantau pembayaran ekspor (LC, TT, DP) serta memastikan arus kas sesuai ketentuan kontrak.

G. Manajemen Tim

  • Memimpin tim ekspor/sales dan memastikan pencapaian KPI individu & tim.
  • Memberikan arahan, pelatihan produk spare parts, serta mentoring kepada tim sales ekspor.

The Role
